Shipping

Every painting leaves my studio wrapped and packed with care. Here's what to expect once your order is placed.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order goes through, and a second email with tracking details once it's on its way.

Domestic
Domestic shipping is charged at a flat rate based on your state, calculated at checkout. Shipping costs do not include customs or duties.

For NSW, VIC, ACT, and southern QLD, my specialist art courier collects from my studio twice a month. If you need your work sooner, please let me know and we can arrange an express courier at an additional cost — just get in touch before you order and I'll work out the difference.

For all other states, I arrange delivery through trusted couriers and aim for the earliest possible pickup.

Timing
We dispatch within 14 to 28 days, with additional time if framing has been requested. If you need a painting by a specific date, please let me know before purchasing to confirm whether that's possible.

Please double-check your delivery address and contact details at checkout. If a package is returned due to incorrect information, reshipping costs will be at your expense.

International Orders
For international orders, shipping is arranged and invoiced separately after purchase. Your artwork won't be dispatched until full payment, including shipping, has been received.

To keep international costs down, paintings can be shipped rolled and removed from their stretcher bars, ready to be re-stretched on arrival. Import duties, taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the buyer. If customs inquiries go unanswered and a package is returned, reshipping costs are yours to cover.
