Welcome to Lou Hurll Art. By purchasing from or enquiring through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

ORIGINAL ARTWORKS
Each original is hand-painted by me and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity. Originals are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Purchasing an original does not transfer reproduction rights — I may release the same image as a future print edition.

PRINTS
Prints are produced in limited editions, signed and numbered by the artist, and made using archival materials. Once an edition sells out, it will not be reprinted. Colours may vary slightly from screen to print due to monitor calibration and production processes. Purchasing a print does not transfer reproduction or commercial rights.

PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING
Each order is carefully packaged before leaving my studio. Dispatch usually takes 14–28 days, with additional time if framing has been selected. If you need your artwork by a specific date, please contact me before purchasing. International shipping is arranged and invoiced separately after purchase — your artwork won't be dispatched until full payment including shipping is received. To keep international costs down, paintings can be shipped rolled and removed from their stretcher bars, ready to be restretched on arrival. See more about this on our Shipping page.

FRAMING
Framing is available at checkout and is completed by a separate service. Selecting framing may extend the time before your order leaves the studio.

LOST OR DELAYED DELIVERIES
Once your artwork has left my studio, it is in the care of courier and freight services. I'll always do my best to follow up on your behalf. Shipping includes insurance for your peace of mind. International buyers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, and taxes in their country.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receipt with photographs so I can help.

COMMISSIONS
Commission enquiries are subject to a separate written agreement before work begins. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place — the amount is confirmed at booking. I'll share progress updates throughout the process. Once the final work is approved, the remaining balance is due before dispatch. Commissions are not refundable once work has commenced. If you have concerns, please raise them during the review stage — I'm always happy to work through it together.

COPYRIGHT
All artworks, prints, and images on this website remain my copyright. Purchase does not grant reproduction or commercial rights. Works may not be copied, scanned, or reproduced in any form without written permission.

The artworks, images, and written content on this website may not be used to train, fine-tune, or otherwise inform artificial intelligence systems or machine learning models without prior written consent from the artist.

PRIVACY
Personal information collected through this website — including name, email, and delivery details — is used solely to process your order and is not shared with or sold to third parties.

JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
